In final discussions on the next (final) phase of INFLECION with ESA and expect a decision this quarter. Existing ship-tracking customers are being engaged for expanded INFLECION capabilities; cooperative development agreements underway (e.g., U.S. Coast Guard) indicating early customer commitment for new services.
Supply Chain Issues Identified and Remediation Underway
Key supply issues were diagnosed (U.S. component out of spec; Gothenburg supplier issue). Suppliers have implemented fixes and tests are in progress; management expects these to be resolved and deliveries to restart in Q2, supporting recovery of lost sales and margins.
