Cautious Outlook on UiPath: Sell Rating Due to Underwhelming Growth and MarginWe revise our estimates per guidance and maintain $12 PO. Execution is improving; look for sustained result UiPath reported out a modest beat to the Q2 ARR, reporting 11% growth versus the guide for 10.5%. While the result wasn’t a blow out, it does demonstrate better execution against a number of key growth initiatives. Cloud migrations were better following the launch of the new platform. New go to market efforts enabled better expansion deals in larger accounts. Net revenue retention was stable at 108%. Customer count remained flattish again the quarter, as attrition at the low end was offset by new logo wins. The net customer count underscores UiPath’s deemphasis on mid market firms in favor of the enterprise segment.
