Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Controlled LeverageImproving debt-to-equity (~0.37 in 2025) reflects deliberate deleveraging and a stronger balance sheet. This durable shift increases financial flexibility to fund capex, withstand cyclical auto-parts downturns, and reduces refinancing risk over the medium term.
Positive Free Cash FlowSustained positive free cash flow in 2024–2025, with FCF around 61% of net income in 2025, shows the company can convert earnings into cash. Reliable cash generation supports maintenance capex, working capital and modest shareholder returns without heavy external financing.
Established ProfitabilityHealthy gross and positive net margins in 2024 and continued profitability in 2025 indicate underlying earnings power. While volatile at times, the firm's ability to generate operating profit across cycles underpins long-term viability and capacity to reinvest selectively.
Bears Say
Revenue Decline & Margin PressureA roughly -7.6% revenue decline in 2025 with margin compression versus 2024 signals weakening top-line demand or competitive/price pressure. Persistent revenue contraction and squeezed margins can erode long-term earnings power and limit resources for strategic investment.
Cash Conversion VolatilityOperating cash flow has been low relative to earnings and the company recorded sharply negative OCF/FCF in 2023. Such working-capital and timing volatility increases liquidity risk, may force external funding during stress, and undermines predictability of internally funded growth.
Inconsistent Earnings / ReturnsA recent loss year (2022) and modest ROE (~4.7% in 2025) point to inconsistent profitability and limited capital efficiency. This cyclicality reduces the company's ability to reliably compound shareholder value and complicates long-term planning and investor confidence.
