Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Improving LeverageA lower debt-to-equity (~0.76 in 2026) reflects a multi-year deleveraging trend that meaningfully reduces refinancing and interest-rate vulnerability. That increased balance-sheet resilience supports durable investment capacity and strategic flexibility over the coming months.
Revenue ReboundA solid recovery in top-line over 2025–2026, supported by 11.5% revenue growth, indicates recovering end-market demand and improved order trends. Sustained revenue momentum helps operating leverage, capacity utilization and underpins more reliable medium-term cash and earnings.
Profitability RecoveringMargins have moved from troughs toward positive territory, signaling operational fixes or pricing power improvements. While still modest, rising EBIT and net margins create a firmer earnings foundation that, if sustained with revenue growth, supports free-cash-flow recovery over quarters.
Bears Say
Inconsistent Cash GenerationVolatile and often negative free cash flow undermines the firm's ability to self-fund capex, dividends or working-capital needs. Persistent cash conversion volatility raises refinancing risk and could force financing or asset actions, limiting strategic options over months.
Thin And Volatile MarginsLow EBIT and net margins leave limited buffer against cost inflation or demand softness. Historical swings in revenue and earnings mean profitability remains fragile, so even modest adverse shocks could reverse recent gains and stress cash flow and returns.
Sizeable Absolute Debt And Past StressAlthough leverage improved, absolute debt levels are still meaningful and prior periods of >1.0 D/E show the balance sheet can re-stress in downturns. That constrains capital allocation, increases interest costs and raises the probability of defensive measures if performance slips.
