Revenue Growth Driven by Cloud Mining
Total revenue for FY2025 was $475.8 million, up from $463.3 million in 2024 (≈+2.8% YoY). Cloud Mining Solutions revenue grew 29.3% YoY to $350.6 million (from $271.0 million) and represented ~74% of total revenue in 2025 (versus ~59% in 2024).
Strong Cloud Demand and Customer Base
Registered cloud mining users surpassed 675,000 and institutional customers drove the majority of cloud mining revenue. Existing customers represented 79% of cloud mining sales (vs 77% in 2024). Net dollar retention was 100% in 2025, demonstrating strong stickiness despite a decline from 117% in 2024.
Managed Hashrate and Power Capacity Expansion / Diversification
Ended Dec 2025 with 26.1 EH/s of managed hashrate (3.7 EH/s self-owned and 22.4 EH/s third-party). Total available power capacity was 478 MW, including 164 MW of control capacity in Ethiopia and the U.S. Management diversified hashrate suppliers to mitigate concentration risk.
Positive Adjusted EBITDA and Bitcoin Treasury Growth
Reported adjusted EBITDA of $8.3 million for FY2025 (positive). Bitcoin holdings increased from 1,720 BTC at 2024 year-end to 1,778 BTC at 2025 year-end (+3.4%) and further to 1,830 BTC as of Feb 28, 2026 (+6.4% vs 1,720 BTC). Pledged bitcoins were reduced from 633 BTC to 274 BTC (≈-56.7%), improving balance sheet flexibility.
Strong Equipment Sales and Hosting Momentum
Mining equipment sales rose 76.4% YoY to $53.7 million (from $30.5 million). Hosting services and other revenue increased to $8.4 million from $4.3 million (~+95% YoY), driven by the miner-with-hosting program launched H2 2025.
Liquidity and Financing Availability
Cash and cash equivalents were $27.8 million at Dec 31, 2025 and the company had $85 million available under a $100 million revolving credit facility as of end-February 2026, supporting working capital and strategic optionality.
