AeroRx Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing proprietary nebulized combination therapies for chronic respiratory diseases. Their lead product candidate, AERO-007, is the first potential nebulized LABA/LAMA fixed-dose combination drug in clinical development as a first-line maintenance therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). AeroRx aims to address the unmet needs of patients who are inadequately served by existing inhaler-based therapies. The company is also developing AERO-111, a potential nebulized LABA/LAMA/ICS triple therapy for patients requiring escalation beyond dual bronchodilators. AeroRx is based in La Jolla, California.
