Axonius is broadening its Asset Cloud platform with AI-driven remediation, new coverage for cyber-physical environments, and a verified asset data layer, moves that materially expand its addressable market and deepen its role in security operations. The company is adding AI-powered remediation capabilities to Axonius Exposures, extending asset intelligence to IoT, OT, and industrial systems via Axonius Cyber-Physical Assets, and introducing Axonius Verified Assets to create an audit-grade, trusted inventory foundation for automation and AI.

Axonius Exposures, now enhanced with Axonius AI, is designed to compress the gap between detecting risk and executing remediation by attaching context, ownership, and recommended actions to each finding, targeting the operational bottlenecks that slow exposure management at scale. Early capabilities such as predefined risk scoring, rules, and status management are generally available, while threat intelligence enrichment, attack path analysis, automated ownership, and AI-driven fixes are rolling out through May 2026, with full AI remediation generally available by July 2026.

Leveraging its 2025 acquisition of Cynerio, Axonius is launching Cyber-Physical Assets to unify visibility and risk management across IT, IoT, and OT, targeting sectors like manufacturing, utilities, energy, and critical infrastructure that face heightened operational and regulatory risk. The platform fingerprints and enriches cyber-physical devices, correlates them with IT assets across more than 1,400 integrations, and allows organizations to prioritize vulnerabilities based on operational impact and business criticality rather than raw technical severity.

To support reliable AI and automation, Axonius is introducing Verified Assets, which continuously reconciles device records against multiple trust signals to distinguish validated assets from duplicates, ghost devices, and stale data, generating a defensible, audit-ready inventory. This decision-grade asset layer is positioned as critical for safe deployment of AI agents, accurate risk reporting to boards, and dependable automated remediation workflows, with the feature currently available in preview and intended to underpin Axonius’s broader strategy in exposure management and unified security operations.
