STS Global Income & Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 100,000 of its own Ordinary shares at a price of 228.5 pence each, which will be held in Treasury. After this transaction, the company’s total issued share capital consists of 128,497,415 Ordinary Shares, with an additional 46,690,770 shares held in Treasury.
