STS Global Income & Growth Trust PLC has bought back 50,000 of its own shares at 230.5 pence each, placing them into Treasury. This action has altered the company’s share capital, which now consists of 128,682,415 Issued Ordinary Shares, excluding those held in Treasury. The market has been advised to use this figure for reporting purposes in accordance with the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
