STS Global Income & Growth Trust PLC has actively engaged in managing its share structure by purchasing 85,000 of its own Ordinary shares at a price of 231 pence each, subsequently holding these in Treasury. Post-transaction, the total number of Issued Ordinary Shares stands at 128,597,415, excluding Treasury shares. The financial community should use this figure for reporting and notification purposes as per the FCA’s rules.
