EOS Price (EOS-USD)

Launched in 2018 and founded by Yves La Rose, this open-source third generation platform is focused on performance, security and developer experience. The delegated proof-of-stake (DPos) network provides participants with the ability to select node operators and the future direction of the EOS network is decided upon by all the parties that are part of the network. Further, the platform is powered by the low latency, extensible WebAssembly engine called EOS VM, which offers transactions that are nearly feeless. The EOS blockchain enables collaboration across multiple chains. Founded in 2021, the EOS Network Foundation (ENF) identifies promising opportunities and provides seed funding. Yield+ is a working group of EOS focused on developing the EOS DeFi ecosystem, increasing the total value locked (TVL) in EOS DeFi and boosting opportunities for users to generate yield from their EOS assets.
