Cautious Optimism for Soluna Holdings Amid Project Developments and Market UncertaintiesWe are hearing strengthened customer interest as larger companies prioritize proven operators that can deliver scale, exemplified by mid-August announcement of Mike Novogratz’ team agreeing to deploy 48MW at Kati 1. In 2Q25, total revenue sequentially increased to $6.2M from $5.9M in 1Q25 while gross margins held steady at 19%, anchored by site-level contribution by Sophie, which produced project-level gross margins of about 32% and 59%, supporting steady margins even as average hash price eased to roughly $51 per Ph/s in 2Q25 from $54 in 1Q25. The setup leans toward fixed per MWh volumetric contracts with lower hash price sensitivity, and we expect forward earnings to be driven by these consumption-based fees while selective profit-share preserves upside.
