Bulls Say, Bears Say

Bulls Say
Improved ProfitabilityMargins recovering to positive territory (net ~5.9%, EBIT ~8.7% in 2025) reflects durable operational improvements and pricing/portfolio mix benefits. Sustained margins support internal investment, dividend capacity and resilience through industrial cycles over the next several quarters.
Solid Cash GenerationConsistent positive operating and free cash flow in 2025 (OCF ~30.4m, FCF ~24.2m) strengthens liquidity and funds capex, R&D and dividends without reliance on new debt. FCF covering ~0.8x of net income demonstrates improving cash quality versus prior years.
Lower LeverageMaterial deleveraging (debt/equity ~0.39 in 2025) improves financial flexibility and reduces refinancing risk. A steadier capital structure and positive ROE (~9.5%) provide capacity to withstand demand swings and support selective M&A or capital returns over the medium term.
Bears Say
Contracting RevenueSignificant top-line contraction (nearly 20% Y/Y in 2025 and multi-year negative revenue growth) is a structural concern that can erode scale economics and pressure margins. Recovery depends on securing new OEM programs and reversing order-book weakness, which can take multiple quarters.
Volatile Earnings & Cash FlowIntermittent losses and swings in free cash flow highlight cyclicality and operating leverage in the business. This volatility undermines forecasting, can force reactive cost moves, and raises the risk that a renewed downturn would quickly weaken margins and liquidity.
OEM Program Dependence & Long Qualification CyclesHeavy reliance on OEMs and long qualification/validation cycles makes revenue lumpy and tied to customers' production timing. Winning new programs is costly and slow, so backlog recovery and margin improvement can be protracted even after market demand normalizes.
