AI annual recurring revenue (AI ARR) increased 66% year-over-year to $328 million in 2025 and represented ~13% of cloud revenue, with AI-related new logos up 300% YoY.
Record Cloud ACV Bookings and Backlog Growth
Q4 was a record quarter for new cloud ACV bookings; cloud backlog grew 25% including Cognigy and 22% excluding Cognigy, with management noting the majority of backlog should convert to revenue within 24 months.
Profitability and Cash Generation
Q4 operating income was $301 million with a 31% operating margin; Q4 EPS was $3.24 (+7% YoY) and full year non-GAAP EPS was $12.30. Q4 cash flow from operations was $180 million and free cash flow was $156 million, with full year free cash flow margin of 21% (above guidance).
International Acceleration
International revenue grew 16% in 2025 overall and accelerated to 29% growth in Q4. EMEA grew 38% YoY (32% constant currency) and APAC grew 11% YoY, highlighting breakthrough traction outside the Americas.
Strategic Acquisition and Integration Progress (Cognigy)
Completed acquisition of Cognigy (enterprise leader in agentic AI), strengthening AI-native CX capabilities; Cognigy contributed meaningfully in Q4 and management expects it to be accretive within 18 months and fully integrated into a native CXone platform later in 2026.
Balance Sheet Strength and Capital Returns
Fully repaid $460 million of outstanding debt to become debt-free, ended the year with $417 million cash and short-term investments, repurchased $489 million of shares in 2025 (32% YoY increase), and announced a new $600 million share repurchase authorization (total remaining ~ $1 billion). Also established a $300 million revolving credit facility.
2026 Guidance Reflects Reacceleration
Full year 2026 total revenue guidance of $3.170–3.190 billion (about +8% at midpoint) and cloud revenue growth guidance of 14.5%–15% (with Cognigy contributing ~200 bps). FY26 non-GAAP EPS guidance of $10.85–$11.05 and Q1 revenue guidance of $755–765 million (≈+8.5% YoY midpoint).
Platform Differentiation and GTM Momentum
Management emphasized a unified, AI-native CX platform (CXone + Cognigy) with 20 billion interactions annually, a growing partner ecosystem (ServiceNow, AWS, Snowflake, Salesforce, Deloitte, PwC, RingCentral, and SI partners), and improved delivery times (20% faster in 2025).
