TM One strengthened execution with an 11% quarter-on-quarter improvement; recurring revenue improved via longer-term contracts and growing traction in cybersecurity, cloud, data center and managed services.
C2C and Data Center Growth
C2C revenue rose 14% versus the prior quarter driven by domestic mobile fiber backhaul rollout and international high-capacity demand. Data revenue grew 6.2% YoY; IPDC and KVDC Block 2 expansions achieved >50% immediate take-up.
Capital Investment and Infrastructure Progress
CapEx for 2025 was RM1.9 billion (16.1% of revenue), up 21% YoY and within guidance; strategic allocations included ~30% for access network and significant investment in submarine cables and AI-ready data center capacity (TM Nxera secured 280 MW).
Strong Shareholder Returns
Board declared total dividend of RM0.31 per share (RM0.27 ordinary + RM0.04 special) with a payout ratio circa 70% of reported PATAMI—the highest since 2018—demonstrating commitment to returns.
Cash Generation and Financial Position
Free cash flow approximately RM1.6 billion and year-end cash & cash equivalents of RM2.5 billion, with management highlighting a strong balance sheet to support growth and dividends.
