                  Unicharm Corporation

                  Unicharm Corp. engages in the manufacture and sale of baby care, feminine care, pet care, health care, cosmetic and household products. It also provides industrial and food packaging materials. It operates through the following segments: Personal Care, Pet Care and Others. The Personal Care segment manufactures and sells baby care products, feminine care products, health care products and clean-and-fresh products. The Pet Care segment engages in the manufacturing of pet food products and pet toiletry products. The Others segment manufactures and sells industrial related materials. The company was founded by Keiichiro Takahara on February 10, 1961 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
