We have lifted our target by +12% with a cut in organic estimates more than offset by the imminent acquisition of Bianchi. We downgraded to HOLD on April 1 st . On our revised estimates and after the negative reaction to the numbers, the stock is trading at 2025-26 PE adj. ex-cash of 22.6-10.3x and 4.3-6.9% FCF yield, for a company with strong market positioning and which is well executing on its strategy, but we believe greater short-term visibility on demand recovery is needed for the stock to rebound from current levels. FY24 weaker than expected, with a worsening 4Q Gentili Mosconi unveiled its FY24 numbers on March 31 st .
