▼(-16.23% Downside)
The score is supported by strong revenue growth and a generally stable balance sheet, but is held back by very weak technical momentum (price below key moving averages with negative MACD and oversold RSI/Stoch) and a low dividend yield despite a reasonable P/E.
Positive Factors
Revenue Growth
A 20.31% annual revenue increase signals durable demand expansion and potential market share gains. Sustained top-line growth supports scale economies, funds capex and working capital, and provides a stable base to finance strategic investments over the medium term.
Gross Margin Strength
A ~24.75% gross margin indicates resilient product-level economics and pricing or cost control. This margin buffer helps absorb input cost swings, supports reinvestment in operations or channels, and underpins sustainable operating profitability over multiple quarters.
Balance Sheet Manageability
A debt-to-equity of 0.48 and ~51.8% equity coverage imply conservative leverage and good asset backing. That financial flexibility reduces refinancing risk, supports targeted capex or acquisitions, and improves resilience through industry cycles over the medium term.
Negative Factors
Declining Net Margin
Net margin down to 3.68% despite strong revenue indicates weak profit conversion and rising expense or non-operating pressure. Persistently low net profitability constrains retained earnings, limits reinvestment and increases vulnerability to cost or rate shocks.
Volatile Cash Generation
A swing from negative to positive FCF shows cash generation is inconsistent. Persistent volatility complicates multi-year capital allocation, may force reliance on external financing in downturns, and raises execution risk for expansion or modernization plans.
Rising Debt Trend
A recent uptick in total debt increases leverage risk if profitability remains weak. Incremental debt raises interest expense and reduces flexibility for dividends or strategic spending, heightening sensitivity to margin compression or slower revenue growth.
