Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in New York, New York. On January 28, 2020, Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
