Gold and GemStone Mining Inc. (GGSM) primarily focuses on identifying, exploring, and developing gold and silver mineral properties throughout North and South America. The company's holdings include mineral claims for gold and rare earth elements in both British Columbia, Canada, and Sinaloa, Mexico. Furthermore, GGSM entirely owns the Gringo Viejo Project, an expansive 3,202-hectare site situated in a top gold-producing zone in Mexico. The firm also participates in a joint venture with Ridgeback Mining (Sierra Leone) Limited, centered on three diamond and gold properties located in Sierra Leone. Established in 2008 as Global GSM Solutions, Inc., the company adopted its current name, Gold and GemStone Mining Inc., in April 2012. Its corporate operations are based in Irving, Texas.
