Strong Top-Line Growth
Reported sales of EUR 1.35 billion in FY2025, up 10% year-over-year. At constant currencies growth was stronger; like-for-like (normalized) volume growth ~10.4% (~EUR 130 million) and reported volume growth 9.5% (more than EUR 115 million).
Improved Profitability and EBITDA Expansion
Underlying EBITDA margin exceeded 20% (reported ~20.2%) and underlying EBITDA increased 12% versus prior year. Underlying EBIT and EBITDA outpaced top-line growth, signalling operating leverage and margin improvement.
Net Profit and EPS Growth
Net profit increased 13%. Underlying net result amounted to EUR 177 million (13.1% of revenue). Underlying EPS showed a 5-year CAGR of 17.1%.
Robust Cash Generation and Deleveraging
Free cash flow before expansion CapEx up 20%. Cash conversion before expansion CapEx was well above 90% in H2. Net financial debt reduced to a historically low multiple of 0.25x underlying EBITDA (reported net financial debt EUR 89 million, including EUR 21 million IFRS 16 lease debt).
Capital Allocation and Dividend Progress
Invested EUR 120 million in CapEx in 2025 (majority to Thailand plant). More than EUR 500 million invested since 2021 and >EUR 430 million in expansion CapEx. Proposed dividend of EUR 90 per share, up EUR 14 from EUR 76 (approx +18%), and 25 consecutive years of dividend growth (dividend aristocrat status).
Biscoff: Strong Brand Momentum & Global Expansion
Lotus Biscoff pillar grew 13% in 2025; 10-year average growth of 15%. U.S. household penetration stands at 9% with distribution ~80% of stores; Biscoff ranked among fastest-growing global cookie brands. Major launches and brand upgrades: new jar and cookie engraving rollout, nationwide India launch (distribution in >300,000 stores within 4 weeks, 150 million social views) and partnerships with Mondelez and Froneri (Froneri-led Biscoff ice cream launches in 2026).
Natural Foods Pillar Outperformance
Lotus Natural Foods was the fastest-growing pillar in 2025 with 17% growth, now a ~EUR 300 million business. 10-year average growth also 17%. Strong product innovations (e.g., BEAR fruit splits, TREK Protein Flapjack with Biscoff) and successful seasonal and event partnerships driving visibility and sales.
Production Capacity Expansion Delivered
First lines in new Chonburi (Thailand) greenfield produced cookies by end-2025; plant expected fully operational (including spreads and in-house bottling) by end of H1 2026. New spread production and bottling commissioned mid-2025 at Mebane (U.S.), enabling local sourcing, lower duties and faster logistics.
