The call balanced strong commercial and strategic progress (double-digit order intake growth, positive book-to-bill across regions, accretive Labrie acquisition, higher Q2 comparable margins, record Services performance and clarified full-year outlook >14.5%) against near-term financial and operational headwinds (H1 sales and profit decline, weak Q2 cash flow and working capital build, U.S. Delivery Equipment softness, APAC weakness, and increased leverage from acquisition financing). Management highlighted cost-savings execution and expects larger benefits in H2 and the acquisition to be margin-accretive, supporting an improved FY outlook.View all CYJBF earnings summaries
