It specializes in producing buses, various other motor vehicles, and agricultural and industrial machinery. The company maintains a significant international presence, with operations spanning Brazil, Africa, Argentina, Australia, China, the United Arab Emirates, and Mexico. Its comprehensive business activities are structured into two primary segments: Industrial and Financial. The Industrial division is responsible for crafting a diverse array of buses, including intercity, urban, and micro models, alongside the provision of bus bodies, parts, components, and accessories. This segment's scope also extends to the trade and distribution of automotive components, the assembly and commercialization of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, and the manufacturing and sale of polyurethane foam, molds, and related products. Furthermore, it offers specialized technical services pertinent to foreign trade. Complementing these industrial efforts, the Financial segment provides banking and transportation services.
