It owns 100% interest in the Big Sandy Lithium project that comprises 331 bureau of land management (BLM) claims covering an area of approximately 25 square kilometers located in Arizona, the United States; and the Pairie Lithium project located in the southeast Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Arizona Lithium Limited and changed its name to Prairie Lithium Limited in September 2025. Prairie Lithium Limited was incorporated in 1969 and is based in West Perth, Australia.
