Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Sustained Revenue GrowthSustained top-line momentum (≈46% YoY into FY2026 and multi-year growth) reflects strong project wins and scale in large infrastructure EPC. Durable revenue expansion improves backlog visibility, spreads fixed costs over larger volumes, and supports long-term competitive positioning.
Marked Profitability ImprovementROE improving to ~25% from low-single digits signals materially better capital efficiency and profitable project selection. This reflects lasting improvements in pricing, execution and margin capture that can sustain reinvestment capacity and shareholder returns over multiple quarters.
Improving Leverage TrendDeclining debt-to-equity shows strengthening balance-sheet resilience as equity rises. Lower leverage reduces solvency and refinancing risk, enhances capacity to bid larger EPC contracts, and provides structural flexibility to manage normal project-cycle volatility over the medium term.
Bears Say
Weak Cash ConversionVolatile and weak free cash flow (negative FY2025; FCF ≈33% of net income in FY2026) indicates poor cash conversion. For a project-driven EPC firm, working-cap swings and capex needs can strain liquidity, limiting self-funding ability and increasing reliance on external financing.
Margin VolatilityMaterial gross-margin compression and historical margin volatility reduce earnings predictability. In infrastructure contracting, persistent input-cost swings, subcontractor issues or contract disputes can sustain margin pressure unless structural cost controls and better contract terms are enacted.
Ongoing Debt DependenceTotal debt (~10.0B) indicates continued meaningful reliance on external financing. Even with improving ratios, debt dependence amplifies exposure to interest-rate cycles and project slowdowns, potentially constraining capital allocation and increasing refinancing risk during downturns.
