Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Low LeverageA sustained low debt-to-equity range (~0.11–0.19) indicates conservative financing and higher financial flexibility. This durable balance-sheet strength reduces refinancing and distress risk across cycles, supporting capital allocation for CAPEX, dividends or opportunistic M&A over the medium term.
Consistent Free Cash FlowConsistent positive free cash flow and a strong FCF rebound in 2025 (+62.9% YoY) demonstrate the company's ability to convert profits into cash. Durable cash generation supports reinvestment and shareholder returns and provides a buffer through downturns despite occasional conversion variability.
Revenue And Margin RecoveryA solid 2025 rebound with +28.3% revenue growth and expanding gross and net margins signals improving pricing power or cost control. Sustained margin improvement enhances earnings durability and cash flow resilience, strengthening the company's operating profile across the medium term.
Bears Say
Cyclicality Of ResultsThe business remains cyclical, with revenue and earnings below prior 2021–2022 peaks. This structural cyclicality creates earnings volatility and planning uncertainty, making it harder to rely on steady cash flows for long-term investments or to maintain payout levels through downturns.
Inconsistent Cash ConversionOperating cash flow trailing net income and FCF covering under half of net income in 2025 point to working-capital swings or higher reinvestment needs. Persistent conversion inconsistencies can limit free cash available for debt reduction, capex, or shareholder returns even when accounting profits rise.
Normalized Lower ROEReturns on equity have declined to mid- to high-single digits versus prior peak levels, indicating reduced profit efficiency. Sustained lower ROE may constrain long-term shareholder value creation and suggests the company may need structural improvements to restore historical profitability.
