                    Nexity S.A. is a leading real estate enterprise active throughout Europe and on an international scale. The company structures its operations across three main divisions: Development, Services, and Other Activities. It undertakes the construction of new homes and residential subdivisions, as well as the creation or refurbishment of a broad range of commercial and industrial properties, such as office buildings, high-rises, business parks, logistics facilities, retail spaces, hotels, and various other industrial premises. Beyond development, Nexity provides comprehensive property management services, which include rental administration, property sales and leasing, and the role of condominium managing agent. It also manages specialized residential facilities for students and seniors. The company distributes real estate products under its iSelection and PERL brands, offers real estate brokerage, and provides space planning consultancy. Its "Other Activities" encompass urban planning and regeneration projects from conception to pre-development, investment endeavors, and supporting new ventures in their incubation phase. Nexity serves a wide array of clients, including individual buyers, commercial entities, institutional investors, and local government authorities. Founded in 1995, Nexity S.A. maintains its headquarters in Paris, France.
