The company manages its diverse operations through several key divisions: HOCHTIEF Americas, which provides building and transportation infrastructure solutions across the United States and Canada; HOCHTIEF Asia Pacific, delivering a wide array of services including infrastructure development, resource and mineral processing, engineering, and maintenance, alongside involvement in public-private partnership (PPP) projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Its HOCHTIEF Europe division concentrates on infrastructure and building construction ventures, engaging in PPPs across transportation, energy, social, and urban sectors. This European arm also offers specialized engineering (such as virtual construction), facility management, and a comprehensive lifecycle approach to real estate and infrastructure projects, from design and development to operation and management. Additionally, the Abertis Investment segment oversees the management and operation of toll roads in France, Spain, North America, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. The company further extends its offerings to include insurance and reinsurance policies, specifically tailored for contractors' casualty, surety, subcontractor default, liability, and occupational accident risks. Established in 1873, Hochtief AG maintains its corporate headquarters in Essen, Germany, and functions as a subsidiary of ACS, Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, S.A.
