Underlying EBITA and Profitability
Underlying EBITA was $98.3 million, marginally ahead of the prior comparable period (up ~1.3%), keeping the business on track to meet unchanged FY‑26 guidance (underlying EBITA ~ $195 million).

Gearing at 1.95x (within target 1.5x–2.25x); two‑thirds of debt fixed; cost of funds fell ~11 basis points. Management expects deleveraging through H2.
Amotiv Unified Transformation Benefits
Amotiv Unified delivered $15 million gross annualized benefits exiting FY‑25 (net $10 million after $5m reinvestment) included in FY‑26 guidance, and management announced an incremental $10 million annualized gross benefits on exit FY‑26 (net ~$1m EBITA benefit in FY‑26).
Offshore and FX Progress
U.S. dollar earnings grew ~41% vs PCP; combined U.S. dollar and non‑AM earnings represented ~32% of post‑tax earnings, providing natural FX hedging. Company is effectively fully hedged for the remainder of FY‑26 and has locked coverage into H1 FY‑27.
