XS Financial has secured the necessary securityholder approvals for the acquisition by XS Acquisition Portfolio LLC, with over 99% votes in favor, setting the stage for a complete buyout of its shares. Shareholders also voted to elect four directors and appoint a new auditor, paving the way for the arrangement to finalize by September 23, 2024.
