Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Company has announced that its Chairman, Mr. Han Gao Gui, will temporarily assume the role of Board Secretary effective from August 29, 2024, following the resignation of the previous Board Secretary. This interim arrangement will remain until a new Board Secretary is appointed, in compliance with the listing rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company is actively seeking a permanent replacement to fulfill the regulatory requirements as quickly as possible.
