Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Company has successfully passed a resolution to appoint Grant Thornton Zhijun Certified Public Accountants LLP as their new audit firm for the year 2024 during their Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on September 19, 2024. The resolution received overwhelming shareholder approval, with approximately 99.8021% of votes cast in favor. The EGM was well attended, with shareholders and proxies representing about 30.52% of the total issued share capital present, and was conducted in accordance with the Company Law of the PRC and the Articles of Association.
