Mattioli Woods PLC is set to be acquired by Tiger Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of Pollen Street Capital Limited, through a scheme of arrangement expected to complete in September 2024. The acquisition has already cleared FCA regulatory approval and is now awaiting NS&I Act condition approval. The deal promises to usher in a significant transformation for the wealth management firm’s shareholders.
