Canadian Manganese Company Advances with Royalty Deal

Canadian Manganese Company Inc (TSE:CDMN) has released an update.

Canadian Manganese Company Inc. reported a first-quarter 2024 loss of $736,276, a notable increase from the previous year’s loss, with ongoing investments in the Woodstock manganese project in New Brunswick. The company has also arranged to grant a 3% gross revenue royalty on the Woodstock Project for US$15 million, which will help in repaying its outstanding convertible debenture. Additionally, 3 million stock options have been granted to key stakeholders, exercisable at $0.10 per share until 2029.
