Canadian Manganese Company Inc. has announced an amended structure for the non-dilutive royalty financing of its Woodstock Manganese Project, splitting the previously single transaction into two parts for a total of US$15 million. The agreement allows the company to redeem Cdn$5 million in convertible debentures and provides options to reduce the royalty and repurchase payment amounts. This strategic financial maneuver aims to support the company’s goal to supply high-purity manganese for the rechargeable battery industry.
