Burberry Group PLC has disclosed that Danuta Gray, an Independent Non-Executive Director, along with Andrew Caminow, a closely associated person, have collectively purchased a significant number of shares. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange, with Gray acquiring 2,473 shares and Caminow 1,374 shares at a price of 723.77 pence each.
