Burberry Group PLC has issued a notification of major shareholding changes, revealing that BlackRock, Inc. has altered its voting rights in the company. The investment giant now holds a total of 7.5% of voting rights, a change from its previous 6.62%, through a combination of shares and financial instruments. The threshold was crossed on August 14, 2024, with Burberry being notified the following day.
