Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. has announced the regulatory approval for Mr. Zhang Baojiang to assume his roles as the vice chairman and director of the bank. This follows the company’s earlier communications regarding Mr. Zhang’s proposed appointment. Mr. Zhang, already serving as the president since June 26, 2024, will also join the board’s Social Responsibility Committee and the Strategy Committee.
