Valuation and Risks. We reiterate our Buy rating and $22 price target. Our price target is based on our clinical net present value (NPV) model, which allows us to flex multiple assumptions affecting a drug's profile. Our valuation is based on Moleculin's lead asset annamycin for AML (90% contribution; 30 % PoS), and STS lung metastases (10% contribution; 15% PoS) in the U.S. only. Our model also incorporates another layer of conservatism as it relates to projected annual increases to YoY market penetrance and projected annual cost of annamycin. The overall assumptions are located in our clinical NPV model table below.
