Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Consistent Revenue GrowthSteady top-line growth over multiple years indicates persistent demand for EV charging and power-electronics products. Durable revenue expansion supports scale benefits, repeat project wins and service aftersales, making it easier to leverage fixed costs and improve operating leverage over a 2–6 month horizon and beyond.
Stable Gross MarginsMid-to-high 20% gross margins show structural ability to extract margin from product and project sales despite competitive dynamics. Stable product-level margins provide a foundation for operating-leverage gains if SG&A and project execution improve, supporting a credible path toward operating profitability over time.
Balance-sheet Equity CushionA meaningful equity base relative to assets gives the company a capital buffer to absorb losses and continue project delivery while pursuing growth. This structural capital availability supports tender participation and potential financing flexibility, reducing short‑term insolvency risk despite ongoing losses.
Bears Say
Negative Cash GenerationPersistent negative operating and free cash flow signals ongoing cash burn and reliance on external funding or working‑capital relief to sustain operations. That constrains the company's ability to fund installation cycles, service expansion and inventory for projects, increasing execution and refinancing risk over the medium term.
Persistent UnprofitabilityOngoing net losses and negative margins indicate the business has not yet converted gross profit into sustainable operating earnings. Continued unprofitability undermines retained‑earnings growth and ROE, making long‑term reinvestment and shareholder value creation contingent on structural operating improvements.
Rising LeverageIncreasing debt-to-equity elevates fixed interest and repayment obligations while cash generation is weak. Higher leverage narrows financial flexibility, raises refinancing and covenant risk, and can amplify earnings volatility if revenue or margins falter, pressuring the company’s ability to invest in growth initiatives.
