Its service portfolio includes providing outsourced e-commerce solutions, supplying fashion, food, and jewelry items to specialized markets like cruise ships, duty-free outlets in ports and airports, and NATO bases, as well as managing websites for various fashion labels. Previously known as Giglio Group S.p.A., the company officially changed its name to Ops eCom S.p.A. in October 2025. As of January 11, 2026, it functions as a subsidiary under the ownership of Fortezza Capital Holding S.R.L.
