PMV (ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen) is the Flemish government investment company that provides equity, loans and guarantees to support the creation, scaling and financing of businesses in Flanders. It invests across sectors — including technology, life sciences and cleantech — using venture and growth capital, debt instruments and public–private financing programs.
