Onex Corporation is a Toronto-based private equity firm and investment company founded by Gerry Schwartz in 1984 and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: ONEX). It acquires and manages portfolio companies through its Onex Partners private equity funds and on-balance-sheet investments across sectors such as healthcare, industrials, aerospace and services.
