BNDESPAR is the equity investment arm of Brazil’s state-owned development bank BNDES, responsible for managing the bank’s shareholdings and equity participations. It holds and administers investments across multiple sectors, participating in privatizations, capital market operations, and corporate restructurings on behalf of BNDES.
