CVRx (Barostim) develops implantable neuromodulation medical devices that deliver baroreflex activation therapy (BAT) to treat cardiovascular conditions, principally heart failure and resistant hypertension. The company’s Barostim systems are designed to stimulate carotid baroreceptors to modulate autonomic (sympathetic/parasympathetic) activity, supporting improved cardiac function and symptom management within clinical care pathways for cardiovascular disease.
