Starting at the low end, five-star Deutsche Bank analyst Ross Seymore has the lowest price target for AMD stock among his peers. His price target of $250 represents a potential 42.45% downside for the shares. Additionally, he is one of eight analysts with a Hold rating for AMD stock. It’s not just AMD that Seymore is neutral on, as he has neutral ratings for several other big names in the semiconductor sector, including Arm (ARM), Qualcomm (QCOM), and Nvidia (NVDA).

On the flip side of that, five-star Robert W. Baird analyst Tristan Gerra holds the highest price target for AMD stock at $625, implying 43.87% upside. He increased his price target from $300 and maintained a Buy rating after earnings. Gerra holds a more bullish position on the semiconductor sector, with a Buy rating for Qualcomm and Nvidia, though he has a Hold rating for Intel (INTC).

AMD stock was up 6.8% on Friday, extending a 103.71% year-to-date rally. The stock has also increased 297.81% over the past 12 months.
