United Parcel (UPS) stock rallied on Tuesday following the release of the delivery company’s Q4 2025 earnings report. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.38, which beat Wall Street’s estimate of $2.20. However, the company’s adjusted EPS fell 13.4% year-over-year from $2.75.

Revenue reported by United Parcel came in at $24.5 billion, which was above analysts’ estimate of $24.01 billion for the quarter. Despite this beat, the company’s revenue was down 2.9% compared to the $25.24 billion reported in the fourth quarter of 2024. The company’s U.S. Domestic Segment revenue dropped 3.2% year-over-year to $16.76 billion from $17.31 billion, though revenue per piece increased grew by 8.3%.
