House to Convene on Wednesday to Debate and Vote on Trump Bill
The House will meet at 9 a.m. on Wednesday to debate and then vote on the bill, said House Majority Whip Tom Emmer. Members of the House Rules Committee, which include McGovern, have just begun their meeting to vote on the rules governing the debate, the first step of House approval.
The debate process could drag on for hours, so it’s not exactly clear when the voting process will begin tomorrow.
