President Trump has said that he will take action to limit immigrants moving to the U.S. following an attack on two National Guard members in Washington, D.C.

“I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover, terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden’s Autopen,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.
Trump Signals Benefit Cuts to Non-Citizens
Trump didn’t specify which Third World countries would be affected, although he added that he would cancel federal benefits and subsidies to non-U.S. citizens, which could impact the country’s foreign-born population of approximately 53 million people.
“Only REVERSE MIGRATION can fully cure this situation,” Trump said.
Earlier this year, Trump partially or fully suspended visa issuances from 19 countries, including Afghanistan, Iran, and Sudan.
