The meeting hosts world leaders from NATO alliance members and will occur from June 24 to 25. The meeting will mark Trump’s first gathering with NATO leaders since he was elected.
Trump Expected to Ask NATO Members to Increase Defense Budget
Amid several ongoing geopolitical tension events, Trump is expected to ask NATO members to increase defense spending in order to lift the load from the U.S. Other topics of discussion will likely include global cooperation efforts, tariffs, trade barriers, and digital security.
